You'll lead financial planning and analysis for a high-growth B2B technology company, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive commercial success. Your core impact will be managing topline metrics and recurring revenue models while building scalable processes. This role offers strong visibility and influence across the organization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
- Own topline financial planning including revenue, ARR, and bookings
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with commercial leaders on strategic decisions and pricing
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in B2B tech or SaaS
- Strong expertise in SaaS metrics like ARR, bookings, and churn
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with FP&A platforms (Pigment, Adaptive) and CRM/ERP (Salesforce, NetSuite)
- MBA or equivalent
- Familiarity with US GAAP and ASC606
