You'll serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts in Philadelphia through every stage of IXL implementation. You'll ensure each district has a clear, tailored plan aligned to their goals and initiatives. This role offers the chance to build lasting relationships with district leaders and directly impact student learning through technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts
• Partner with district leaders to create and execute professional development plans
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across districts
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive PD to those audiences
• Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
