You'll treat 12 or fewer patients per day with 1:1 care in a PT-led clinic that prioritizes clinical autonomy over productivity metrics. Your day includes AI-assisted documentation and predictable scheduling so you can focus on being a clinician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy with under 12 patients daily
• Develop and autonomously decide plans of care using PT-led decisions
• Collaborate with Exercise Specialists to support patient sessions
• Complete documentation using AI-supported EMR to eliminate after-hours charting

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain one
