You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle at Passage, a mission-driven startup using AI to remove barriers to education. You'll build the sourcing engine and employer brand to attract world-class engineers, operators, and builders. This role combines disciplined recruiting operations with creative employer branding initiatives that make Passage a magnet for exceptional talent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end hiring from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Develop sourcing strategies beyond traditional platforms
• Craft and communicate the Passage mission to candidates
• Design and execute creative hiring campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-growth startup or agency
• Proven track record of hiring builders who thrive in ambiguity
• Exceptional communication skills to sell the company vision
• Comfortable using modern ATS platforms and AI tools
