๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive new business for Level-Funded and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships. Your core impact will be executing a disciplined sales process to achieve targets in a defined territory.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed new business sales goals for assigned territory and product lines.
- Develop and manage relationships with regional brokers and consultants.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with small and mid-sized employer groups.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
๐ Requirements
- 3โ7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales.
- Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA).
- Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment.
