You'll help build a world-class team at a Series A company transforming ground handling with autonomy. You'll source top talent and partner closely with founders and engineering leaders to scale AeroVect to the world's largest airports. 📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing
• Proven track record sourcing technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
• Experience with fast growing and scaling startups

• Hiring GTM roles (sales, ops, etc.)
