You'll assist residents with activities of daily living, providing compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive team environment. This role is vital to enhancing residents' quality of life.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• No certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs: teeth care, toileting, bathing, incontinence, dressing
• Provide supervision or cueing for transfer ambulation as needed
• Communicate and coordinate with resident needs and team structure
• Work under supervision of the nurse in charge
• Respond to emergency calls from Independent Living residents
