🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide regulatory support to Quality, R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams
• Review ingredient and artwork for regulatory compliance
• Prepare technical information for customer inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic and international food regulations

📋 Requirements

• Science degree or diploma, preferably in Nutrition or Food Science
• Working knowledge of food labeling regulations (FDA, Health Canada)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and formulation software
• Strong research and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Genesis R&D or equivalent food formulation software
• Knowledge of gluten-free, kosher, non-GMO, organic, vegan programs
