💼 About This Role

You'll join ElectronX, the first U.S.-regulated direct access electricity derivatives market, and play a critical role in real-time market monitoring and operational support. You'll collaborate with Engineering to automate monitoring tools and improve processes. This role is based in Chicago or NYC, five days a week in-office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor live trading activity and market conditions in real-time
• Investigate and escalate market incidents to Engineering
• Build Python scripts and SQL dashboards for data analysis
• Assist with onboarding participants and troubleshooting issues

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in derivatives trading operations
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• Customer-first mindset with critical thinking
