- Execute full-cycle recruitment with a focus on candidate experience
- Interview candidates and assess fit for role requirements
- Act as recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies
- Develop candidate pipelines in niche technical areas

- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth environments
- Track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive recruitment
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and technology
