💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Sales Operations team at a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up, driving operational excellence across the full sales funnel. You'll optimize processes, implement sales methodology, and partner with leadership to improve pipeline generation and deal velocity. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic impact in a company transforming travel and spend management.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of 4–6 Sales Operations professionals
  • Own and optimize the full sales funnel from lead to signature
  • Design scalable processes for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise sales motions
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to roll out a standardized sales methodology

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS scale-up
  • 3+ years managing high-performing RevOps teams
  • Proven track record designing and optimizing sales processes from the ground up
  • Deep understanding of GTM funnel dynamics and ability to drive improvements

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting both SMB/high-velocity and MM/ENT/complex sales motions
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce and RevOps tech stack (Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  • Experience working closely with Marketing Ops and Post-Sales Ops
