You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, gathering important information and ensuring cases are properly evaluated and directed to the legal team. This is a 100% onsite position in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients
• Gather key details about accidents and injuries during initial intake
• Enter client information and case details into the firm's case management system
• Work closely with attorneys and staff to review and route cases efficiently
• Provide compassionate and professional communication to clients
