You'll serve as the lead medical director on a brand or across brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define strategic medical objectives and deliver on brand tactics. You'll drive new business development and research initiatives while acting as a liaison between the agency and key opinion leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead medical strategy for brand(s) internally and with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand objectives
• Spearhead research initiatives and create brand POVs
• Attend conferences and produce outputs for internal and client teams

📋 Requirements

• MD, PharmD, or PhD with 2+ years industry experience
• Ability to work independently and escalate to senior team members
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Desire to become medical expert in disease states

• Experience in new business development
• Prior agency experience
