Description

As a Car Detailer at Carvana, you will maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at our Market Hubs, coordinating with team members to ensure timely deliveries and top customer satisfaction. This entry-level role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors
• Communicate with team members and management across all lines of business
