💼 About This Role

You'll lead infrastructure resilience and developer platform initiatives at Elliptic, a leader in crypto compliance. Your core impact will be evangelizing DevOps and security across engineering teams and enabling reliable, scalable systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide senior DevOps expertise across all layers of the stack.
• Provision resilient infrastructure across multiple regions and AZs.
• Enable Continuous Delivery using CICD pipelines and GitOps tooling.
• Proactively monitor for security and reliability using Observability tooling.

📋 Requirements

• Kubernetes production experience with cluster lifecycle and Operator pattern.
• Terraform IaC experience against AWS or GCP with modularisation.
• CI/CD tools experience such as GitlabCI, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Observability tooling experience including Splunk or DataDog.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-cluster Kubernetes deployments.
• Experience developing Kubernetes Operators.
• Experience with Service Mesh capabilities on Kubernetes.
