Description

You will lead and manage the successful execution of a highly secure, technically complex SCIF retrofit project within an active government aircraft manufacturing facility in Marietta, GA. You are accountable for achieving scope, schedule, financial, quality, safety, and security requirements, and you will manage the project team through all phases from preconstruction to closeout.

Requirements

• Senior-level construction professional with experience delivering projects in classified or controlled-access environments
• Experience with highly technical government or defense clients
• Experience executing retrofit construction within operational facilities
• Experience managing at-risk construction projects typically ranging from $10M to $50M
• Based in or willing to relocate to Marietta, GA

Responsibilities

• Manage CMAR and/or design-build projects involving SCIF retrofit work in an active government aircraft manufacturing facility
• Plan, direct, and control all project lifecycle phases: preconstruction, design coordination, construction, commissioning, and closeout
• Ensure compliance with corporate HSE, Construction Quality Control, and client security requirements
• Achieve project scope, schedule, financial, quality, safety, and security goals
• Manage project team and coordinate all activities
