Description

You will serve as a liaison between the warehouse supervisor and operations, leading inbound, inventory, quality, and shipping teams. You'll direct shipping/receiving, scheduling, inventory management, and quality procedures while championing safety and the company culture. This role involves managing supplies, ensuring OSHA/SQF compliance, and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Understand and implement Crescent policies and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for daily tasks and KPIs
• Experience with ERP system and quality event management
• Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts
• Strong communication skills for customer and team interaction

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound, inventory, quality, and shipping departments
• Manage shipping supplies, office supplies, and department needs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, SDS, ISO, and SQF regulations
• Maintain productivity standards and KPIs
• Execute quality management through proper documentation and QEMs
