- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via log analysis
- Consult with customers to implement contact center solutions
- Support multi-channel communication technologies
- Collaborate with engineering on product improvements
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of product support experience
- Hands-on experience with MS SQL or SQL
- Familiarity with REST APIs and Linux
- Experience with contact center software like Cisco UCCE or Amazon Connect
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with outbound contact center products
- Knowledge of IP Networking
- Familiarity with Windows OS and IIS
