  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via log analysis
  • Consult with customers to implement contact center solutions

  • Collaborate with engineering on product improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of product support experience
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL or SQL
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Linux
  • Experience with contact center software like Cisco UCCE or Amazon Connect

  • Experience with outbound contact center products
  • Knowledge of IP Networking
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and IIS
