💼 About This Role

You'll assess student development and contribute to IEPs for behavioral growth. You'll travel to multiple school locations to support organization-wide initiatives. This role follows a school calendar with direct hire and no annual contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans.
• Train staff in intervention implementation and programming.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress.

📋 Requirements

• Behavior Analyst licensure and BACB certification.
• Experience working as a behavior or autism specialist.
• Ability to travel to multiple school locations.
• Strong consultative and data analysis skills.
