πΌ About This Role
You'll be the technical cornerstone for Replit's largest enterprise accounts, owning the end-to-end technical relationship from pre-sales architecture through multi-year expansion. You'll partner with Account Executives in a high-accountability pod structure to drive $5M+ in annual recurring revenue. This is a proactive, strategic role where you'll identify blockers before they become problems and champion new use cases.
π― What You'll Do
- Run deep technical discovery and design winning strategies for complex deals.
- Build live, functional applications on the fly during executive meetings.
- Write and deploy MCP servers to connect Replit Agents to customer data.
- Lead technical kickoffs and enablement sessions for enterprise customers.
π Requirements
- 5-7+ years in technical customer-facing roles at a B2B SaaS or dev tools company.
- Proven enterprise depth driving adoption and explaining complex concepts to executives.
- Live building skills: run POCs and create apps in real-time from vague requirements.
- Production engineering: read and write code in JavaScript, Python, or similar.

- Experience with AI-powered dev tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
- Understanding of AI evaluation patterns (Evals) and context management (RAG).
- Background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), or SRE.
