Description

You will identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across the organization, conducting RCSAs, developing KRIs, and managing loss events and incidents. You'll also oversee third-party risk assessments, prepare reports for senior management, and promote risk awareness to ensure strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Ability to prepare periodic operational risk reports
• Experience in recommending corrective and preventive actions

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess operational risks across business units
• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Manage operational risk incidents, including investigation and root cause analysis
• Perform third-party risk assessments and periodic reviews of outsourced service providers
