You'll maintain architectural coherence across Suki's complex engineering surface, spanning real-time streaming, OLTP databases, ML inference, and client platforms. Your core impact will be ensuring decisions made in isolation don't silently contradict each other. This role stands out for its blend of hands-on technical leadership and strategic architecture ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain architectural coherence across a complex surface area
• Drive structural decomposition of platform and domain boundaries
• Bridge AI research and production infrastructure
• Document architectural patterns and deviations in RFCs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Go or Python
• Production ownership of real-time streaming system at scale
• Experience operating multi-TB OLTP storage systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare-adjacent regulation familiarity (HIPAA, SOC2)
• Experience with GPU inference infrastructure and dynamic batching
