💼 About This Role

You'll lead scalable data engineering efforts for a remote-first digital media company that reaches over 30 million monthly visitors. You'll own the data lake infrastructure that powers analytics and business intelligence across all business units.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and optimize scalable ETL and data lake processes.
• Own ingestion, modeling, and transformation of structured and unstructured data.
• Partner with BI and Analytics to deliver query-ready datasets.
• Maintain database monitoring, anomaly detection, and quality assurance workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of data engineering experience in cloud-native environments.
• Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Docker, and AWS (S3, Glue, Kinesis, Athena/Presto).
• Experience building and managing scalable ETL pipelines and data lake infrastructure.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, Spark, and data quality best practices.
