🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates
• Maintain and update ATS with accurate data
• Assist with sourcing and pipeline management

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination or HR coordinator experience
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred)
• Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
