You'll lead the growth and strategic direction of a local market for a consulting firm, driving revenue and client relationships. You'll cultivate a high-performance office culture and serve as the face of the firm in the market.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive achievement of revenue targets for the market
• Develop and grow a personal book of business with local clients
• Chair regular pipeline meetings with local managing directors
• Drive local execution of national channel strategies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
• Track record of delivering against revenue targets
• Expertise in one or more of Riveron's core practice areas
