💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's high-tech Inspection Center, painting and blending vehicles to perfection. Your core impact will be ensuring every car meets our strict quality standards before reaching customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Apply base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats to vehicles
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matching
• Paint correct vehicles to remove imperfections
• Use state-of-the-art painting equipment and tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime in a production environment
