💼 About This Role

You'll own and improve internal tools at Común, a fintech serving Hispanic immigrants, and leverage AI tools to automate workflows across CX, Risk, and Back Office. Your work will directly reduce manual effort and cost-to-serve while ensuring a high-quality experience for our users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and improve internal tools and systems used by CX, Risk, and Back Office
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to reduce manual work
• Use AI tools to design, prototype, and ship internal products and workflows
• Design and implement workflows across onboarding, payments, support, and risk

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, BizOps, or similar roles
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to build or automate workflows
• Comfort prototyping and shipping solutions without heavy engineering support
• Experience working with operational teams (CX, Risk, or Back Office)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with internal tools, APIs, or no/low-code platforms
• Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
