As an Asset Protection Specialist at ALO, you will support flagship locations by using data, technology, and investigations to minimize shrink, respond to emergencies, and ensure safety. You'll collaborate with store teams, law enforcement, and leadership to protect assets and educate staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in loss prevention or retail security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with surveillance systems and MS Office
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of asset protection laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Use data and strategy to achieve company shrinkage goals
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and operational losses
• Monitor store activities via CCTV and surveillance tools
• Analyze RFID data to investigate top loss items
• Educate staff on loss prevention practices
