💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for EMEA and APAC at a fast-growing hospitality tech company. You'll directly shape the quality of the team by hiring 50+ people across all departments. Canary is backed by Y Combinator and top Silicon Valley investors.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define competencies and draft job descriptions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for EMEA and APAC offices.
• Source and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Manage ATS accuracy and report key recruitment metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company.
• Proven track record hiring both technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in EMEA or APAC regions.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Lever or Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with recruiting for engineering and sales roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
