You'll lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver real estate and utility infrastructure supporting Peak Energy's sodium-ion battery operations. You'll manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for facilities maintenance, process equipment support, and strategic real estate planning. • Schedule and document facility maintenance and procurement plans
• Lead energy efficiency and waste minimization initiatives
• Contribute to equipment failure investigations and corrective actions
• Manage construction project budgets and external resources

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in battery, semiconductor, or similar industry
• Proven experience leading new facility construction projects with design and budget oversight
• Knowledge of construction permitting and code compliance from facility/utility and EHS perspectives
