Description

In this role, you'll be the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to product testing. You'll work with Linux, network troubleshooting, and Python scripting to solve customer problems and improve tooling.

Requirements

  • Experience in senior-level technical support or engineering
  • Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
  • Solid understanding of network protocols and technologies
  • Proficiency in Python scripting
  • Ability to mentor L1-L2 engineers and work in shifts

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues (discovery failures, upgrade problems, parsing defects, API errors)
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams
  • Triage incoming issues and lead deep-dive troubleshooting across Linux, networking, and APIs
  • Debug and resolve customer-reported issues including Linux logs analysis and parsing issues
  • Co-lead customer calls and own critical tooling
