💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for a high-growth AI GTM platform, driving pipeline and closing complex deals. You'll help shape the go-to-market motion for a rapidly maturing market and build trusted relationships with executive sponsors. This role offers the chance to define success in a new category and work with top-tier investors like Greylock, Index, and Madrona.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and develop leads into high-value opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle including negotiation and closing.
- Engage with technical stakeholders to support onboarding readiness.
- Partner with Solutions Consultants and Customer Success to multi-thread deals.
📋 Requirements
- End-to-end SaaS sales cycle experience for complex products.
- Consistent pipeline generation and quota achievement.
- Experience at growth-stage companies with developer tools or data analytics.
- Hands-on approach to leading technical discussions with stakeholders.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with PLG or PLS motions.
- Experience with value-based selling to sales and marketing organizations.
