You'll lead and scale a new DevOps team in Dublin, managing cloud infrastructure on AWS and shaping the company's cloud strategy. You will partner with global engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems. This role offers the opportunity to build a team from scratch and drive innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, mentor, and grow a small DevOps engineering team
• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tooling
• Automate operations and streamline processes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
• 3+ years managing engineers
• Experience with AWS cloud environments
• Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Crossplane, etc.)

• Experience with Java-based environments
• Background in container and Kubernetes security
