You will help train large-scale language models to better understand the nuances of Andean Spanish by challenging them on regionalisms, tone, syntax, and semantics. Your work involves conversing with the model, verifying accuracy, and documenting errors to improve AI reasoning and cultural relevance.

Requirements

• Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or related field
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work
• Native or near-native proficiency in Andean Spanish (Peru/Bolivia/Ecuador)
• Clear metacognitive communication skills and attention to detail
• Access to secure computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Conversing with language models in Andean Spanish across diverse topics
• Verifying linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance of model outputs
• Capturing reproducible error traces and failure modes
• Suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
• Documenting grammar, orthography, regionalisms, intonation, and idioms
