• Deliver outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes
• Document patient care via Luna app phone call
• Maintain caseload within 30-minute drive radius

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Liability insurance coverage
• Current CPR/BLS certification
