You'll conduct in-home assessments and deliver personalized home modification recommendations for older adults and individuals with disabilities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations
• Deliver evidence-based home modification recommendations
• Educate clients on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques
• Maintain accurate documentation through electronic system

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active, unencumbered OT license
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Proficiency with technology and digital documentation
