๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead AI-driven customer support solutions for enterprise clients, driving hunting and full-cycle sales of $100K+ ARR deals. You'll apply consultative selling to position Meesho AI Services as a strategic CX transformation partner.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and events.
- Run structured discovery to understand client pain points and metrics.
- Present tailored MAS solutions and lead proposal generation and negotiation.
- Partner with Solutions, Product, and Delivery teams for PoC scoping.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS/AI/Contact Center hunting roles.
- Track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals in complex B2B environments.
- Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC/BANT methodologies for structured account qualification.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the Indian market.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Comfortable in 0โ1 and fast-paced environments.
