You'll lead AI-driven customer support solutions for enterprise clients, driving hunting and full-cycle sales of $100K+ ARR deals. You'll apply consultative selling to position Meesho AI Services as a strategic CX transformation partner.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Source and qualify leads through cold outreach, networking, and events.
  • Run structured discovery to understand client pain points and metrics.
  • Present tailored MAS solutions and lead proposal generation and negotiation.
  • Partner with Solutions, Product, and Delivery teams for PoC scoping.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in enterprise SaaS/AI/Contact Center hunting roles.
  • Track record of closing $100K+ ACV deals in complex B2B environments.
  • Experience engaging senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC/BANT methodologies for structured account qualification.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Indian market.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Comfortable in 0โ€“1 and fast-paced environments.
