💼 About This Role

You'll architect, analyze, build, and test critical fluid systems for a novel turboelectric adaptive jet engine at an aerospace startup. Your work will directly impact engine configuration and performance, validated through rigorous ground testing. You'll collaborate across propulsion, aircraft, and test teams to deliver optimized fluid hardware for flight vehicles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect fluid system networks for fuel supply and thermal management
• Predict behavior using Amesim, Thermal Desktop, EES, REFPROP analysis
• Design custom hardware and validate components through subsystem testing
• Analyze test data to characterize hardware behavior and performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience with fluidic and propulsion systems
• Foundational knowledge of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics
• Experience with P&IDs and 0D/1D thermal/fluid networks
• Experience with test instrumentation and data reduction
