Description

You will design antenna sites and hardware, travel internationally to develop infrastructure plans with partners, and own global site roll-out plans to support Starlink's system performance and growth. You'll solve complex engineering challenges and manage large projects in a fast-paced environment with real global impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in engineering role
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or structural design and analysis preferred
• Demonstrated success in multidisciplinary project execution preferred
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work long hours including weekends when necessary

Responsibilities

• Design antenna sites and hardware to support, connect, and power antennas worldwide
• Travel abroad to create infrastructure development plans with international partners
• Develop new processes and methods for rapid antenna deployment
• Engage cross-functionally to align technical roadmaps with business growth, regulatory, and network engineering teams
• Review antenna site reliability to develop robust solutions ensuring system health
