Description

You will be responsible for the service and support of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair. You will work with production lab personnel to minimize instrument downtime and ensure proper function.

Requirements

• BS/BA in biological science, biomedical engineering, or related field
• 1 year industry-related experience
• Experience supporting lab equipment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot instrument failures to minimize downtime
• Install new laboratory equipment and perform IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications
• Maintain preventative maintenance and calibration programs for lab equipment
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure regulatory compliance
• Track all service activities and maintain documentation per Good Documentation Practices
