💼 About This Role

You'll join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure, working with on‑premise bare metal and VMs. Your work will directly impact the reliability of a platform powering millions in donations for leading nonprofits.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and troubleshoot bare metal and VM infrastructure
• Own automation projects from design to maintenance
• Investigate production incidents across OS/networking layers
• Participate in on-call rotations and post-mortems

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as DevOps Engineer or SRE
• Hands-on experience with Linux (Ubuntu) and crisis tools
• Solid understanding of networking and iptables
• Experience with Ansible and Git, plus Bash/Python scripting

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of HAProxy, Nginx, OS tuning, or full disk encryption
• Exposure to VictoriaMetrics, Jenkins, bare-metal Kubernetes, or Terraform
