🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee service flow for safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Order, receive, and manage inventory supplies.
• Deploy staff and manage breaks using Leader on Duty process.
• Train new team members on operational procedures.

📋 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Completion of Blue Bottle Academy's Barista training within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification required within 30 days.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
