Description
In this role, you will turn customer success into a strategic growth lever by scaling a global customer advocacy and reference program. You'll own enterprise customer storytelling, lead engagement at Parloa's flagship conference, and partner with Sales to drive expansion pipeline and net revenue retention.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with ownership of customer marketing or advocacy programs
- Proven track record of building reference engines and activating enterprise customers in sales cycles
- Experience influencing retention, upsell, or expansion revenue in enterprise environments
- Strong executive presence to engage and build trust with senior customer stakeholders
- Commercial mindset to connect customer engagement to measurable revenue outcomes
Responsibilities
- Build and scale a global customer advocacy and reference program to accelerate enterprise sales cycles
- Own customer storytelling across website, campaigns, PR, sales enablement, and GTM moments
- Lead customer engagement at WAVE (Parloa's flagship customer conference) including agenda co-creation and speaker preparation
- Partner with Sales and Customer Engagement to activate top-tier customers for references and executive relationship building
- Establish scalable processes, Salesforce tracking, and revenue impact measurement for advocacy and engagement
