Description

You will launch and manage Lightspeed Hospitality's social media presence across Germany and the UK, focusing on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You'll collaborate with various teams to create compelling content, engage with communities, and monitor performance to drive growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years social media management experience in SaaS, tech, or hospitality
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
• End-to-end content production skills (briefing, scripting, editing)
• Proficient with Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite
• Native-level German and high proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Lead Instagram launch and manage LinkedIn/YouTube presence in Germany and UK
• Execute social media strategy and own content calendars
• Produce native short-form video and collaborate on premium assets
• Proactively connect with hospitality clients for authentic storytelling
• Monitor performance using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite
