You'll lead product review and ratings strategy across multiple channels, optimizing existing programs and implementing new initiatives to boost customer confidence and conversion. You'll drive cross-functional collaboration to eliminate root causes of poor reviews and own analytics to communicate business impact. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely with quarterly in-person gatherings in Lincoln.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product review and ratings health across all channel listings.
• Define and execute channel-specific review strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally to eliminate root causes of poor reviews.
• Lead the Review Programs team to drive high performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of e-commerce experience leading teams on reviews and ratings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong strategic planning and goal-setting skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency for business case modeling.

✨ Nice to Have

• SQL experience for data retrieval.
• Power BI or other BI tools.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vine, BazaarVoice, PowerReviews, or Yotpo.
