You'll lead a Bengaluru-based product engineering team building AI-powered banking products across voice, chat, and digital channels. You'll drive execution and technical quality while staying hands-on with architecture and code. This role partners closely with US-based teams to deliver production-ready systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing Bengaluru engineering team.
• Drive execution across product features, backend services, and platform improvements.
• Partner with US stakeholders to clarify priorities and manage dependencies.
• Review architecture, APIs, and service design to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.
• Mentor engineers and tech leads to improve technical depth and execution maturity.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with backend or platform depth.
• 2+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on background in backend systems, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering customer-facing product systems in production.

• Experience with AI/ML/LLM-powered products or conversational AI.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments.
• Experience with cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
