🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise network issues
• Provide technical support via tickets, phone, and chat
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base
• Collaborate with engineering on product improvements

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of enterprise technical support experience
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Linux administration skills
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)

• ITIL certification
• Knowledge of network automation tools
