🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive observability and global expansion strategy
• Mentor and guide a team of 4-5 engineers
• Act as hands-on contributor to core technical projects
• Establish and refine processes for excellence

📋 Requirements

• 8 years experience in software engineering
• Track record leading teams on platform or infrastructure projects
• Hands-on expertise with AWS, Datadog, Kubernetes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
