💼 About This Role

You'll be the key to ensuring everyone at Etched can perform at their highest level by keeping our high-performance engineering environment running seamlessly. You'll drive company-wide productivity and empower engineers with tools and infrastructure to move at maximum velocity. This role is critical to enabling cutting-edge AI chip development by managing a mixed-OS environment and securing sensitive IP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide hands-on IT support for ASIC design, software, and operations teams.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain IT asset documentation.
• Manage MDM/MAM solutions for Mac and Windows devices.
• Implement and maintain EDR/XDR security solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in IT support or engineering role across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Proven experience with endpoint management tools like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji.
• Hands-on expertise in enterprise VPNs, wireless networking, and zero-trust models.
• Strong background in EDR/XDR platforms such as CrowdStrike or SentinelOne.

• Scripting and automation proficiency (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
