You'll oversee case management and center-based supervision for children with autism using compassionate ABA, directly supporting BCBAs and mentoring RBT instructors. Your core impact is helping kids achieve communication and social milestones while contributing to their developmental success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 Compassionate ABA to children
• Assist BCBAs with case supervision and management
• Manage and oversee Social Skills Groups
• Mentor instructors with constructive feedback

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in progress or completed
• Minimum 2 years delivering high quality ABA
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Valid California driver's license and auto insurance
